Why Fat Burning Cardio Is A Complete Time Suck

Okay, I got you here so…

I’m sure you actually want to save some time. 

And the best way to save time is to make sure you’re not wasting it. 

Because if you want to…

✅ Spring out of bed in the morning

✅ Fit back into your jeans 

✅ Actually like how you look in pictures

You may be thinking that you have to spend a lot of time exercising.

Specifically “fat burning” cardio aka walking, running, or cycling. 

But being as busy as you are…

Long cardio sessions like those are actually the absolute worst way to burn fat.

And it’s terrible for your schedule too. 

To be honest, the more cardio you do… the less energy you’ll actually have 🙈

Short bursts of high intensity exercise and resistance exercise will give you more energy and boost your metabolism! 

If you can do that while fueling your body properly (eating often and making sure you’re full)…

You’re gonna feel way better too!
