1. SCHEDULE IT

Failing to plan is planning to fail.  

You absolutely must MAKE the time.

Or else you’ll never HAVE the time.  

2. GRAB A PARTNER

You know when exercise is the last thing you want to do. 

Committing to a workout with friends…

That’ll let you push through when you want to skip.

3. STICK WITH MORNINGS

Avoid letting the day β€œslip away” from you and workout in the morning. 

Not only will you have a sense of accomplishment.

But your energy levels will be sky high. 

5. GET OUTSIDE

Mow the lawn.

Hop on your bicycle.

Go for a walk…. 

And soak up the sun.

6. FUN

Have a catch.

Shoot some hoops.

Play some good music.
