3. SNACKY SNACKS
Avoid impulse buying “bad” treats by bringing healthy snacks.
They need to be highly portable and pre-packaged.
My Favorites: protein bars, mixed nuts, beef jerky, dried fruit.
4. WATER WATER WATER
Bring a water bottle.
Fill it back up.
Do it a lot.
Trust me… your body needs it.
Turn on your favorite podcast.
And start moving.
I don’t care what you do.
Just MOVE… more.
6. PRACTICE GRATITUDE
The shoes on your feet.
The roof over your head.
The great people in your life.
Remember just how fortunate you are…
It’s all you really need.
