The truth is:

Because I was in your exact shoes.
I’ve always viewed myself as a little “heavy”.
Growing up I had to wear size “husky” and would get teased about it by my sisters (still do to this day).
And as I got older I thought I just had to accept that I wasn’t going to be happy with how I looked.
Fortunately, I learned about the Three P’s which finally allowed me to change how I looked and more importantly how I felt about myself.
