  1. Plan Ahead Of Time – When you have your meals planned out even slightly ahead of time it makes it impossible to fail. 
  1. Cook Everything At Once – Cooking a bunch of food at once is a huge time saver and prevents you from cleaning dishes over and over again.
  1. Have Your Food Prepped In Containers – How much time have you wasted figuring out on what to eat next?  This stops all of that!
