If the ole’ “eat less and move more” method isn’t working I want you to know that you’re not alone.
In all reality, It’s not a great way to lose body fat AND more importantly keep it off.
Because losing body fat and keeping it off largely comes back to whether or not you’re supporting your metabolism.
No matter what Program or diet you choose you need to ask yourself…
Is this supporting my metabolism or not?
Things that DO NOT support your metabolism:
❌ Extreme Dieting (aka restricting calories)
❌ Hours of Cardio
Things that DO support your metabolism:
✅ Eating consistently
✅ Eating quality protein
✅ Strength Training
So if you’re struggling to lose body fat and eating less and exercising more isn’t working…
Make sure you’re doing those things that support your metabolism and I guarantee you’ll see that annoying belly fat start to vanish..
