But you’ll have to…
🤦♂️ Workout based on your trainer’s schedule (including On-line Sessions)
❌ Spend time preparing for the gym
😬 Spend time traveling back from the gym
If you value your time then it’s definitely not a good idea.
And let’s not forget about your diet.
Because a trainer is great to help force you to exercise but even the best workout plan is useless unless your diet is on point.
I have more bad news…
After spending all that money on a trainer AND all that time, AND following through with it all.
