✅ You need food.
✅ You need shelter

And just like ALL humans (including the one reading these words), you need 7-8 hours of quality sleep each night.
With that being established…
Why do you keep telling yourself that you can sacrifice your sleep to #grind?
You know exactly what I’m talking about.
Don’t shake your head.
You’re not different.
You’re not special.
“But Doc B… you don’t understand. My business needs me and I only have time for 5 hours of sleep!.”
“It’s okay, I’ve done it before… it’s no big deal for me, I can power through”
I don’t care how busy you are or how important your business is.
The more often you sacrifice sleep the more likely you WILL fail to reach the levels of success you desire.
You won’t be as focused.
Your productivity will plummet.
And your creativity will be as exciting as watching paint dry.
All leading to piss poor performance.
