How To Eat Tacos AND Lose Weight
𝙇𝙤𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙬𝙚𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩 𝙞𝙨 𝙛*𝙘𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙙.
You know it’s true.
Maybe you crushed your plan on Monday.
You skipped breakfast – ate a light lunch – and then cooked super healthy for dinner.
Let’s not forget you worked out twice!
You tell yourself – keep going – it’s working!
So you skip breakfast again – you eat a light salad for lunch – and then dinner comes your way.
You’re pretty hungry but deep inside you’re determined to stay disciplined!
You ask what everyone wants for dinner and they say…
Of course… it’s Taco Tuesday.
So you have just a small cheat – reassuring yourself that you did pretty “good” the last two days.
You step on the scale on Wednesday and see that you gained back ALL the weight you lost plus another lb!
The depression hits you.
I guess it’s over – might as well start again next week, right?
