Everyday…
We all have feelings of self doubt.
We all have times where life literally feels impossibleโฆ
Where giving up seems like the only option.
To be completely honest:
I never thought Iโd have to worry about my โmental healthโ.
Up until the life crippling depression I experienced in February of 2020.
You see:
I was the stereotypical hard charging โsuccessfulโ entrepreneur:
I NEVER took breaks.
I worked AT LEAST 12 hrs/dayโฆ everyday.
I would sacrifice my social life to GRRRRRIND.
All to be โsuccessfulโ.
But I didnโt realize all of that was killing me.
It wasnโt until I found myself spending all day in bed hiding under my pillowโฆ
Scared to face the world.
Only then did I realize just how bad my depression had gotten.
The good news?
You donโt have to make the same mistakes I did.
Because if youโre afraid you may be heading down the path of depression like I was…
I want you to know that Iโve been there.
Focus on what YOU can control and know that the discomfort youโre feeling right now will soon fade away.
KEEP.
FUCKING.
GOING.
And never, ever be afraid or embarrassed to ask for help.
