How To Attack Depression
𝙒𝙚 𝙖𝙡𝙡 𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙪𝙜𝙜𝙡𝙚
We all have feelings of self doubt.
We all have times where life literally feels impossible…
Where giving up seems like the only option.
To be completely honest:
I never thought I’d have to worry about my “mental health”.
Up until the life crippling depression I experienced in February of 2020.
I was the stereotypical hard charging “successful” entrepreneur:
I NEVER took breaks.
I worked AT LEAST 12 hrs/day… everyday.
I would sacrifice my social life to GRRRRRIND.
All to be “successful”.
But I didn’t realize all of that was killing me.
It wasn’t until I found myself spending all day in bed hiding under my pillow…
Scared to face the world.
Only then did I realize just how bad my depression had gotten.
The good news?
You don’t have to make the same mistakes I did.
Because if you’re afraid you may be heading down the path of depression like I was…
I want you to know that I’ve been there.
Focus on what YOU can control and know that the discomfort you’re feeling right now will soon fade away.
And never, ever be afraid or embarrassed to ask for help.
