Committing to a workout with friends…
That’ll let you push through when you want to skip.
3. STICK WITH MORNINGS
Avoid letting the day “slip away” from you and workout in the morning.
Not only will you have a sense of accomplishment.
But your energy levels will be sky high.
5. GET OUTSIDE
Mow the lawn.
Hop on your bicycle.
Go for a walk….
And soak up the sun.
Have a catch.
Shoot some hoops.
Play some good music.
